  • Raceway Carwash pass included in all vehicles so you can wash the car yourself at anytime complimentary! Can be used at any location throughout the Valley

Please note:
**ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR DRUGS IN THE VEHICLE**
Costs will be deducted from deposit if the vehicle needs to be ozone cleaned

• Not permitted for any type of delivery service of goods or people at anytime. (Examples: Insta Cart, Uber/Lyft, Door Dash, etc.)
• Not permitted to leave the country at anytime.
• All vehicles are strictly prohibited from any illegal activities!
• No pets
• No racing
**All out of state trips must be pre-approved prior to booking **

Deposit Policy:

A $250-500 deposit will be requested from you prior to confirming your rental and will be held
on your credit/debit card until the return of the rental vehicle.

Deposit will be released within 24 hours after the return of the rental vehicle unless any incidental charges incurred (gas, additional miles, tolls, unpaid citations, insurance deductibles, rental extensions, smoking, spillage/trash, excessive pet hair, missing charging cords, or all other applicable fees per the accepted terms of the rental agreement.
Smoking Fee: $250
Cleaning Fee: $150

Insurance Requirements:

  • A current / active full coverage insurance policy (Comprehensive and Collision or at least the State Minimum Liability) is required to rent a vehicle.
  • Additionally, where Third Party Insurance Coverage is applicable, we offer a choice of Collision protection for purchase if renter only has liability coverage.

Our insurance is only for the rental vehicles and acts as the secondary insurance.

Car Delivery:

We offer Car Delivery of the rental vehicles directly to your airport of choice (PHX, MGW, private airports), hotel or residence, as well as offices and businesses

Re-Fueling Policy:

Refueling of gas is the renter’s responsibility. If renter does not fill up the vehicle to the level it was when received, they will be charged 2x the price per gallon plus a $25 inconvenience fee.

One-Way Rentals:

We do not allow one way rentals for any of our vehicles.

After Hours:

Car Pick-up or Drop-Off available upon request.

Miles:

For every vehicle we allow 200 miles per day. Any miles over the allotment will be charged at $0.62/per mile.

Guest No Show:

If the guest does not show up within 60 minutes of their reserved time, we may cancel the reservation with no refund.

Cancellation Policy:

There are no cancellation fees for reservations cancelled 72+ hours in advance. Any reservations cancelled within 72 hours will be penalized 50% of the reservation total.

Sunday: 8:00 am – 10:00 pm
